根据国家和四川省、成都市及属地政府疫情防控政策，请所有在西南财经大学光华校区考点参加海外考试的考生知悉并遵守以下规定：

一、做好自我监测

所有考生于考前7天起每日进行体温测量和健康状况监测，出现发热、干咳、乏力、鼻塞、咽痛、腹泻等可疑症状的要及时就医排查。必要时进行核酸检测或抗原自测，若结果异常，请做好居家健康管理。

二、遵守入校要求

1.光华校区北三门为考生出入指定校门，北三门位于成都市青羊区清江中路57号，地铁四号线文化宫站B出口前方约10米，金沙公交枢纽站对面。光华校区其它校门不允许考生进出。考生抵达指定校门时，需出示与报名信息一致且有效的身份证件原件（具体详见报名官网）及纸质版准考证，通过体温检测后方可进入考试区域。存在下列情况之一的考生不得入场参加考试：

a)体温检测≥37.3℃，在临时医学观察点适当休息后，复测体温仍然≥37.3℃；

b)考前7天内及考试当日，如有进行核酸检测或抗原自测且结果异常；

c)考前7天内及考试当日，出现发烧、持续咳嗽、呼吸困难或其他流感症状；

d)未佩戴口罩；

e)身份证件不符合要求/未出示纸质版确认信。

2.出租车、网约车和私家车等社会车辆禁止入校。送考、陪同人员及车辆不得进入考点，也不得在考点外聚集或长时间逗留。建议考生提前30分钟到达考场，入校后请考生听从考点工作人员指引，在考点人员带领下按照规定路线前往西区教学楼考场。入校后不得前往校园其他区域，入场后不得随意离开考场区域。

三、配合考场防疫

1.考生须全程佩戴一次性医用口罩或更高防护级别口罩，仅允许在照相及身份验证时摘下口罩。

2.考生在测温、候考、离场期间均须保持一米社交距离，严禁相互交流，同时听从考场工作人员指令。

3.考试过程中，如考生自我申述身体不适或考务人员观察到考生有身体不适现象，考务人员将对考生进行测温确认。如考生体温≥37.3℃，将按《考场防疫应急预案》处理。

Instructions for Overseas Test Candidates

In accordance with the national epidemic prevention and control policies of Sichuan Province, Chengdu City and local governments, all candidates taking the overseas test at the test center of Southwestern University of Finance and Economics Guanghua Campus are requested to be aware of and abide by the following regulations:

First, do well at personal health-monitoring

All candidates shall have their daily temperature measured and health monitored 7 days before the test. If they have suspicious symptoms such as fever, dry cough, fatigue, nasal congestion, sore throat, diarrhea, etc., they shall seek medical treatment in time. Nucleic acid test or antigen self-test should be conducted if necessary. If the results are abnormal, please do a good job of home stay for health treatment.

Secondly, comply with the campus admission requirements

1. The Bei San Men of Guanghua Campus is the designated gate for candidates to enter and exit. The Bei San Men is located at 57 Qingjiang Zhong Lu, Qingyang District, Chengdu, about 10 meters in front of Exit B of Culture Palace Station of Metro Line 4, opposite Jinsha Bus Hub Station. candidates are not allowed to enter or leave other gates of Guanghua Campus. When you arrive at the designated gate, you need to show the original valid ID card consistent with the registration information (see the registration website for details) and the paper version of the admission ticket. After passing the temperature test, you can enter the test area. Candidates who are in any of the following situations are not allowed to take the test:

a) The body temperature is detected≥37.3℃, and the body temperature is still≥37.3℃after proper rest at the temporary medical observation point;

b) Within 7 days before the test and on the test day, if any nucleic acid test or antigen self-test is carried out and the result is abnormal;

c) Fever, persistent cough, difficulty breathing or other symptoms of influenza within 7 days before and on the day of the test;

d) Not wearing a mask;

e) Identity documents do not meet the requirements/the paper version of the confirmation letter is not presented.

2. Taxis, e-hailing cars and private cars are not allowed to enter the campus as well as candidates’ parents, friends or relatives. Nor are they allowed to gather or stay outside the campus gate for a long time. It is recommended that candidates arrive at the Bei San Men 30 minutes in advance. After entering the campus, candidates should follow the instructions of the test center staff and go to the test site in the West Teaching Building under the guidance of the test center staff. You are not allowed to go to other areas of the campus after admission, and you are not allowed to leave the test center without permission.

Thirdly, cooperate with test center for epidemic prevention

1. Candidates are required to wear disposable medical masks or masks of higher protection level at all times. They are only allowed to remove masks for photo taking and identity verification.

2. Candidates are required to maintain a one-meter social distance during temperature measurement, waiting for the test and leaving the test venue. Free talk with each other is strictly prohibited.

3. During the test, if the candidate reports physical discomfort or the test staff observes that the candidate has physical discomfort, the test staff will check the temperature of the candidate for confirmation. If the temperature of the candidate is greater than or equal to 37.3℃, the candidate will be treated according to the Epidemic Prevention Emergency Plan in the test center.
